This is a very effective product! I've noticed faster than normal results with my skin, hair and overall physical bounce back time withpain. Easy to use, helps energy level and while every person is different, for me, this was a much needed surprise - especially for the price! The pills are big so it’s a little tough to swallow but if you drink a lot of water, it’s easy. I noticed my stress going down and with that my body odor started to decrease and was more controllable. Help me focus throughout the day since I was not as stressed as I used to be now that I take these. It has no taste to it unlike other pills that leave a nasty taste. Very good quality and was worth it.

First time buyer, great product, better or as good as more expensive colostrum

I got this for the possible health benefits that colostrum sometimes called 'liquid gold' may have with regards to my digestive health. It should not be surprising,,, considering that natural colostrum is a source of nutrients and antibodies all mammalian mothers provide to their newborns for establishing immunity and encouraging growth,,, that it may have so many possible benefits. It is imo that this is one of the few ingredients where their appear to be many studies finding possible benefits albeit some report positive changes of no significant value. While with newborns this ingredient is essential it's not fully understood how much benefit, if any, an adult may get from supplementing with it. It's my opinion the main reasons of this uncertainty is that the dosage amounts are greatly varied at 500 mgs to 50+ grams and each person is unique in their specific health standing. I use this supplement for my digestive health. And like with many supplements it's not uncommon when one improves a facet of health, their are other areas that possibly benefit as well. Some report positive changes with skin and hair health with this supplement which may be from the growth factors and exosomes found possibly in this ingredient. I personally seem to feel better with my digestive health when I take this, which I would like to think is due to the support it may possibly be providing my stomach and what not. As said that's why I got this. Many times we don't notice anything with a supplement even though we possibly benefited in way like a stronger immune system. It is imo that colostrum acts in this manner possibly for most people who do not have specific issues they are trying to address. I like the dosage this brand has with 500 mgs with one cap. I'm taking two caps daily to stretch out 1000 mgs for a while for my stomach and what not to have plenty of time with exposure to it. This is stating to be Third Party Lab Tested and while I have not seen it yet, I am encouraged that it was done to try and insure good quality. This is definitely one ingredient you want 3rd party lab tested imo because sometimes colostrum is found to have bad bacteria in it by accidental exposure. Was hoping based on reviews it would work as good a jarrow but definitely didn't work for me, but everyone is different

I’m pretty impressed with this supplement. It has some really clean ingredients and I’ve been happy with it. The pills are a good size, although on the larger side, and are easy to get down. The capsules are also openable to mix into smoothies if desired.
