Wonderful quality soy sauce. It's a massive amount so it's gonna last me a long while. To make it easier to use I've been decanting it into a much smaller old soy sauce bottle and that is working perfectly. Some soy sauces are super salty, this one is not! It's rich and a little thick, like some of the dark soy sauces I've used before. It's been great in every recipe I've used it in.

Turns out, all soy sauce is not the same. This is really great soy sauce. It's clear that centuries of expertise have gone into crafting this product, as ridiculous as that sounds. The flavor is rich and complex, with a balance of saltiness and sweetness. It just has a bit more going on than standard kikkoman.

This is a fantastic soy sauce. If you have tried Kikkoman, you would love it. The flavor is more complex than Kikkoman, which I honestly prefer. Plus, it comes in such a big size that it will last you forever. I love adding it to fried rice, eggs or vegetables.

My family really enjoyed this soy sauce! I found that it was not as "heavy" as Kikkoman which I honestly preferred.This bottle is a nice size so it lasts a long time! It is great in recipes or in white rice.I found it worked perfectly in both scenarios.This may honestly replace Kikkoman in our house!

This review is for the Haday premium soy sauce. This is a really good soy sauce and a large bottle as well so you have plenty for cooking and using in recipes. It has a pleasant saltiness to it and it does include sugar also, which I think tempers the saltiness and makes it especially good for cooking. Actually it includes both sugar and sucralose so you have two sweeteners. I like this a lot and will keep using it for my stir fries and dipping sauces.
