I bought this because the Mrs. Has your standard baby bag. Which is the main one we use. I personally wanted my own and for when we go places. Amusement parks. Walking with our other son. Events. I can at least carry the baby bag on my back. It’s is sturdy. I like that it has its own spot for the changing pad. Has a few spots for bottles. I don’t need insulated pockets for bottles. We do room temperature water added to the formula. So can make bottle with water and bring can of formula and do t have to worry about warming it up.I have not mastered the best load out for me. But the pictures provide by the sell works well. Versatile backpack is very nice. It has one large compartment and a smaller one with side pockets.To be completely honest. Great backpack/ dad baby bag. But you could just get a cheap tactical back pack that will do the same for cheaper. I am happy with the purchase for what I need it for.Depending on needs. I also considered a duffel bag pack as well. With multiple compartments. I hope this review helps you out

Just perfect! Point of view from Dad
The bag my wife originally got from a store, was too small and the straps made it uncomfortable.This bag is the perfect. Not only very practical and "tactical" but also comfortable. The patches it comes with puts it all together for a diaper bag.My only wish is, as a diaper bag, that it came with a changing mat. I did use the laptop compartment for this purpose.

Great bag for dads! This thing is huge so not for moms that don’t want to lug around a back pack bigger than a normal diaper bag but if you have multiple kids it’s amazing
