Great for beginners.
Myself and my partner had no idea how to play trading card games before I bought this set. It's a great game by itself and it'll teach you how to build your own deck which you will want to do by the end. And like the name implies it's a gateway to help you play other trading card games like magic the gathering etc.

Board game for families.
Brilliant game. Brought this as a new thing for the family. Hadn't anything special to why we brought it. We are just a family that loves board games. Didn't expect to get so involved. The game is amazing. And so much fun. There are also extra cards tou can invest in. To allow your card packs to expand and grow.

Perfect introduction to Lorcana TCG
Perfect starting point for learning how to play Lorcana. Played this with my 11 year old daughter and teaches you the basics before teaching you more advanced parts of the game while then opening another pack of character or actions cards to add to each hand.

Great Game
Love this game, it's fun to play and this is a great way to learn before going on to buy more cards, build your own decks and collect Lorcana.Comes with everything you need to play the game, with step by step instructions to take you through your first games and introduce new mechanics gradually.The board I got doesn't sit flat and the seams are looking dog eared, and like they may rip soon after only a few games which is a shame although once you know how to play and have moved on in experience with the game you don't even need a board so it's no biggy.If you're a fan of TCG's, Disney, board games or all of those things then getting this at £18 is a bonus and a great deal!

Fantastic - Perfect for beginners!
Comes with two decks and teaches two players how to play the game like a video game tutorial. Comes with some awesome beginner cardboard mats that are great for starting with. This is highly, highly recommended for anyone wanted to get into the best TCG ive ever played

Like MTG but disnified
Got this cuz I love magic the gathering and my partner loves disney. Ya'know what, it's VERY similar to MTG. Basically you can use character cards as land OR spend land to bring out characters. Small difference but does add to strategy as you need to decide if you value cards or currency for cards. Does become a mad sprint towards the end of a round. Very cool
