Android based, nothing preloaded
If you don’t mind the price it’s not a terrible android runner in a small form factor. If you want the ultimate emulation experience don’t buy this. Small screen factor plus no way to plug in current DMG cartridges makes for a worse experience when you also realize there are no pre loaded ANYTHING. Buy an AYN ODIN or ODIN 2 before even looking at anything else.
