VOLANTEXR RC Plane for Adults,Brushless Motor, 4-Channel Remote Control Airplane, Upgraded Features, Beginner to Advanced - Fully Assembled, 20in x 16in

I have 4 of the smaller warbirds and these are fantastic flyers. The brushed motors on the smaller planes will not last over time and I have one that needs a new motor after 40 flights. This larger brushless plane reviews were impressive. The plane is awsome, the only draw back it has is a slight shimmy of the servos at timesloke my smaller F4U Corsar. It's fast smooth and the motor is quite. It says the batteries are 3.7v 400mah. Not true. These are 2 cel batteries 7.4v 400mah. My batteries came unmarked with no ID at all. The 2 chargers that came with the plane are not good.. one charger only worked a few times, the other one did not work at all. Good thing I had a balance charger for my larger buggies. This plane spare parts are not easy to find yet also including new batteries and props. Overall it's a fantastic set up. Worth the money but get a quality charger. Hopefully more models and parts will be on the market soon. I will purchase again but a different model when it's released.

Flying this RC plane feels like freedom. The motor gives it so much power, and the control keeps things exciting whether I’m doing simple maneuvers or pushing my skills. Perfect for a relaxing afternoon or showing off some tricks.

I have the smaller 400mm from the same company, and those fly a lot smoother. This 'upgraded' version is bigger, heavier, and faster, which sounds good, but in practice, it's not.It stalls too easily, especially on turns, making smooth landings impossible. Either you go too slow and stall and crash land. Or, you speed up a bit, but create a ground-effect that prevents you from landing unless you slam the plane down into the ground. When you fly full throttle, the tail wobbles up and down, which ruins is stability and maneuverability.Frequently, on the beginner gyro assist, the plane would sharp bank on its side, causing a crash, because I was casually cruising at a slow speed and wasn't expecting the plane to go completely sideways. On higher speeds, any slight turn would causing an over steer and cause the plane to nose dive.If you want a plane that can only fly fast and take wide turns, buy this. If you want a plane that can perform reliable aerobatics both fast and slow, get the 400mm volantex warbirds.

Lot's of fun though, I like the jet better, the plane has less range but, this plane can fly in 10mph wind which I think is quite impressive. Very smooth response in flight, extremely stable. Great flight time. 2 batteries 4 or 5 propellars that sont seem to break yet. Id recommend this for a 7 year old....not the jet....the jet takes slightly more skill to fly in regard to reaction time.

I really like this plane!! Own two 410mm ,one 400mm war bird and have to say this is my favorite to fly if there is wind -stability is good , and looks amazing in the air! Four blade is ok but slow -three blade option would be nice - does like to climb ,even at neutral trim if there’s any kind of a head wind when throttling up-did have one battery just die ,plane hit the grass pretty hard -very durable-after inspection zero damage (landing gear removed)-it’s a impressive plane !!!! The cons -battery is to small - it need a a 800 mah battery -it’s a half throttle plane -tail wheel doesn’t hold its position if you set it down hard or on rough pavement. My plane the servos on rudder andElevator seam slow and kinda lazy -motor works pretty good -it’s also lazy throttle responds under load (some call that smooth) compared to other motors out there -still a funPlane -good value !
