Strap
The strap is rubbish and doesn't stay done up I lost it after 2 days off having it because of this really not happy 😕 the company was amazing sent me out a new one 😀

Good for Sleep
I've noticed I sleep better when I wear this wristband. It might be a placebo effect, but I'll take it.

I’m suffering from arthritis, I am Not sure if it does what it's meant to. Time will tell. Hopefully it will work on my body.

good quality wristband
I ordered it recently and it is working very good. I feel that it is working with my body nicely. The colour is good. It fits on my wrist. I feel the effect of this wrist band is really effective because it help in relieve pain and muscle tension. I sleep well and blood circulation is good now.
