Extremely disappointed – Poor build quality, breaks after less than 2 months
I bought this laptop less than two months ago, used it a couple of times, and I am absolutely frustrated with its quality. After simply opening the laptop, the screen and bezel separated from the chassis! This is unacceptable for a brand-new device, especially for the its cost.I use my laptop with care, and I wasn't expecting such a significant hardware failure so soon. It shows that this model has some serious build quality issues. I expected better durability for a laptop at this price point. Now I’m stuck with a broken laptop and the hassle of seeking a refund.I am very disappointed with this purchase and strongly advise others to reconsider buying this brand.
