Miraculous
I do not usually have time for reviews but this is so miraculous I had to mention it. I have seen reviews that mention the formulation has changed since last year, but I cannot speak to that. I have had high BS for 10 years despite exercising with strict organic dieting including keto, paleo, very low calorie diets, vegan diets, intermittent fasting, alternate day fasting, OMAD and even 5 day water fasts. I also take the highest dose of metformin. Even with all the strict diets, daily exercise and metformin, my A1C is about 6.7 which may be "good control" for a diabetic, but still highly frustrating given my dedication to diets and I am not overweight. My body has the ability to make glucose literally out of thin air with my morning fasting BS always around 150 irrespective of what I eat or don't eat the day before, so I have the "dawn phenomenon" severely. Even the morning after a 5 day purely water fast, my morning fasting BS never went below 120, so my body seems to be able to even make glucose out of the water I drink. This makes for a very sad and frustrating life wondering why my body is so messed up, and why I cannot just eat like normal folks, even not being able to eat 2 meals per day ever. I am also heavily into integrative medicine so over these past10 years I have also taken EVERY BS lowering supplement in existence, including all of the ingredients in this product. I have even combined these separate ingredients without any success. I decided to try this supplement out of desperation and because of all the rave reviews. This supplement has been nothing short of miraculous and I don't know why since I have taken all the ingredients that are contained in this supplement before. Whatever the proprietary blend, they got it right. My postprandial BS went from 180 at 1 hour to 130, and my morning fasting BS went to 90. I have not seen that number in over 10 years. The only caution is that the other day, I started feeling a little palpitations and anxious, and I could not figure out why. I checked my BS which had plummeted down to 56. In my entire life I have never seen anything under 80, even prior to being diagnosed 10 years ago, my fasting BS was always 100. I didn't even recognize the symptoms of low BS because I have never even come near it. So I will now try to wean off my metformin to see what happens, I am hoping this supplement will be enough moving forward. And just BTW, I "tested" this supplement heavily the other day because deep down, I still somehow cannot believe it works so well. For the first time in years, I had an ice cream sundae. My BS after 1 hour was 140 and then back down to 90 at 2 hours. Before taking this supplement, my BS was 180 after eating a salad with broiled chicken in it and only olive oil and ACV as dressing. I also have never seen such low postprandial BS and such a rapid recovery time in the past 10 years on metformin alone. So all I can say is this supplement is miraculous, and the only complaint is the price, but worth it to me to finally have normal BS with all the hard work I do with my diets and exercising. I am hoping this will also translate into a lower A1C. Good luck to all who suffer with this terrible issue.Update Dec 1: I am in tears (happy ones) I have dropped my metformin to half of what I used to take and am dropping it again because I had another episode of hypoglycemia. I was taking the maximum (2000 mg) , now on 1000 mg and now I will be dropping the metformin to 500 mg/day. Despite eliminating my metformin, my BS have been miraculously in the normal range, keeping in mind that this is the first Thanksgiving in 10 years that I actually ate the meal. In past years, all I ate was some turkey breast (no gravy) and some broccoli, (no hollandaise sauce), and NOTHING else, no desserts etc., and my 1 hour postprandial used to be 180 while on the maximum dose of metformin. This year I ate EVERYTHING, turkey, gravy, hollandaise sauce on the veggies, cheesy potatoes, stuffing AND dessert. My 1 hour postprandial BS was 119 and 2 hours dropped to 90. At 3 hours it dropped to 56 which is why I am cutting my metformin back even further. I don't believe this is placebo effect since I STILL cannot believe nutritional supplements can function better and more quickly than a prescription medication. I just know I am getting my life back and can eat normally again with my family on the holidays. But in January, I will go back to my more strict ways of eating because I have been eating less than 1000 cals per day for 10 years, so my body is used to that, so I certainly don't want to push it and gain weight. But at least I know at Christmas and other holidays I can eat normally with my family. This has been the greatest gift ever. Just a caution to watch your BS carefully when taking this product along with any medications as it has now caused me to have hypoglycemia twice. But that is a welcome change to starving myself and still having chronically high BS. Thank you Curalin.Update Dec 22: I am now down to 500mg metformin a day (from 2000mg!!!-for over 10 years now) and my BS are still always in the normal range using this supplement despite holiday eating. This supplement works so well that it gives you a false sense of being "normal" and maybe even "cured". So I "tested" it again and ate one of my usual "diet" meals (very small portion of broiled chicken over lettuce, only ev olive oil with acv), but I did not take the Curalin. My one hour postprandial BS was 250 and 2 hours 190!!! :( So I am clearly not cured and 500 mg metformin does not work at all it seems, so I am not mysteriously cured on my own and the minute I took this supplement again my post meal BS were low and normal after eating a much higher caloric dense meal. So I am confident that after the New year when I go back to my strict way of eating, I will be able to eliminate metformin altogether and just use this supplement alone since it seems to work instantly and does not require a "build up" in your body to work. But clearly when I do not take it, my BS are as bad as they always used to be :( . But again thank you Curalin for giving me my life back. It is such a joy to go to a holiday party and not pretend to push food around on my plate because I was not able to eat anything because of my BS being so high in the past. I can eat like normal folks do and have normal BS now. I can't wait to see my next A1C. What a wonderful Christmas gift. Thank you again for this miraculous product.

Curalin#1
Curalin is by far the best blood sugar support supplement I've come across. It’s effective, natural, and supports my overall health. I no longer worry about my glucose spikes and feel more balanced throughout the day.

Change wasn't needed
I was taking Curalin and getting amazing results for 2 years. Why would a company change a formulation that was literally helping tens of thousands of people all over the world? That change led me to a similar supplement that was the subject to a recent nationwide recall due to undeclared ingredients. I now am trying a new supplement with results so good I'm taking it as a PRN. I remain skeptical because of safety concerns. Stay safe everyone. Don't hesitate to demand consumer products be verified and safe to use.

Effective but very pricey
I can't take as many of these per day as suggested because I can't afford the price. But they do help control blood sugar - or they have for me.

Not convinced
I started taking Curalin with approval of my doctor for a one month trial. He had no expectations that it would work but was on board with me trying it. I'm unable to take metformin as the side effects are not something I cannot live with. My Curalin start date was March 19, 2021. I started with one after each meal for a week then increased to 2 after each meal. I am also taking 10 mg glipizide in morning and 5 mg glipizide evening as well as a once weekly Trulicity shot. My numbers have improved substantially but are NOT at all where I want them to be. I have completely revamped my eating habits, I read the label on every freaking thing I buy to make sure its low carb, low or zero added sugar, drink water till I think I'm going to burst and ride my recumbent bike 5 times per week, ranging from 5 miles to 10 miles each time. So far I've had one low blood sugar reading of 55 after I rode my bike 10 miles. My fasting sugars range from 124 to 164 and I can't seem to get them lower. Also my spikes go as high as 200. I'm on my second bottle of Curalin, and I hate to be a quitter, but unless something miraculous happens over the next couple of weeks, I will not reorder. I can't justify spending $75 per month on a product and still need to add other medications to control blood sugar. I'm disappointed on several levels, but mostly I wanted this to be the miracle I was looking for and its not , and secondly, I wanted to prove my doctor wrong and I can't. I have to see an Endocrinologist in July to see what I'm doing wrong or right. I'm so frustrated!!!

Amount to take and timing.
Check your glucose before eating the meal, take the Curalin with the meal, take your glucose reading two hours after the meal and four hours after the meal and see what you think yourself. It works for me.I take one Curalin capsule for every 10 to 15 g of carbohydrate that I eat. Diabetics really should try to keep their carbohydrate to 30 g per meal or less.I’m a nurse and I find that this works best.
