I do not notice a difference while taking these, they do not seem to work as well as the powder L-glutamine supplements I have used in the past. Also, they tend to tick to my teeth.

I’ve been taking glutamine for a while with good results. Usually as part of a pre-workout boost and part of the reason only on workout days was it’s been in powder form. But powder isn’t always the easiest to put into your daily routine. Even if it’s technically tasteless, it can affect the taste of coffee, tea, etc. Not something you tend to care about with a pre-workout so in it goes.But making a part of the daily supplementation made sense. So enter the easy-to-take gummy.The downside is the cost is significantly more than the powder. Price vs. ease.

I was a little concerned when I opened the bag because the smell was pretty strong. It was a good smell (rosemary), but just strong.After steeping and making the bag, the smell is very pleasant and not too strong. There is a subtle, natural sweetness to the tea that makes it taste amazing. You can add more sweetener if you want, but I found that just drinking it as is was perfect.

Finally a gummy in my favorite flavor -- grape!! Most gummies I see are generally some type of mixed berry or indistinguishable fruit, so it's nice to change it up a bit with this green grape iteration. They taste great and are easy to chew and swallow with no tacky bits sticking around in my teeth or leaving any unpleasant aftertaste. I've experienced no ill effects since I began taking these gummies. They're a fun a delicious way to get your Glutamine supplements in!

The taste of these gummies is quite good. Unfortunately, the texture is awful. They're less like gummies and more like super stale Swedish fish. You can't eat them without them getting stuck all over your teeth. They even stuck together inside the container, creating one blob that's very difficult to seperate and get out.Overall, will definitely not buy these again and would not recommend.

I am not a big gummy fan, and while I find most gummies "OK" these are too gooey/sticky for me. Always scraping them off my teeth.Flavor is nothing exciting either. For me the big plus to gummies is that you enjoy taking them, not so much with these.As for the effect, I am pretty healthy and since taking these I really have not noticed anything,I will say I had never heard about trehalose for a sweetner, but once I looked it up I was a bit impressed.When the bottle is finished I will not be ordering more.
