Damaged item sent,was very expensive.
"We ordered a beautiful chandelier from Amazon, but unfortunately, a few of the crystal hangings were damaged during shipping. Instead of going through the hassle of returning it to Amazon, we decided to reach out directly to the company that supplied it, M/s Shakun Lighting Palace, Jaipur, Rajasthan. We were extremely impressed with their prompt response and excellent customer service—they quickly shipped replacement parts without any issues. Now, the chandelier is perfect, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality and the company’s professionalism. Highly recommend both the product and the attentive service!

Damaged and not returnable... Avoid buying
The product was scratched and damaged . Tried to return it, but for some reason the return was cancelled.. so stuck with trash

Wroste product on amazon.
I received damaged product and some part missing in box, damaged lamp glass received, and different in color. Brown transprent glass received instead of white glass. Base metal round not found in box. Return option not working after deliver product. Dissgusting......
