I received the fly trap on time, but one LED light bulb is defective. I called the seller's phone number and received a free LED light bulb replacement within 3 days. Very nice service. Installation is very easy. Just take off the bottom and front covers and easily mount it on the wall. Follow the sticker instruction to install the light bulbs and peel off the glue board cover then insert it to the fly trap. After a week of usage, I got a lot of bugs stuck on the glue board!!! Great product at a good price.

love the longevity compared to the older fluorescent bulb style

One of the bulbs only half of it is working and then the top part the first bulb fits into does not work at all. So we only have two bulbs that are working a full capacity. I am trying to get support and help now still.

We’ve already had a bulb to go out and we can’t find where you order one.

BROKE ON THE SECOND DAY!! Spent so much on this bulb and it just broke like that. DON'T BUY!! :(((((AND NOW I HAVE TO GET ANOTHER BULB?! Now I have to spend more money to get another light bulb?! and 27 dollars for two?

Collects the flies like crazy! Very bright at night.

Product was broken upon arrival, blue cover was cracked and multiple damaged parts on arrival even though the box was intact. Missed the return window as I didn’t open the box until it was time to mount. Beware!
