Smart X Pro with AiMy first gimbal and it works fine on my Samsung S24 Ultra with a Nillkin thin case on. No need to take the case off and phone isn't too heavy.Great features that I'm still learning but well worth it.Video and photo quality is great. Build quality feels good.Nice and versatile enough to fold down fairly small for a bag or pocket.

This item is not without some design quirks. I have tried this gimbal with two phones, a Samsung s10 and an s23. These are both reasonably large phones, but are in the range supported by the gimbal.The set I received included the extra camera/ai attachment. What is odd is that this gizmo doesn’t fit on the gimbal properly when the gimbal is packed down.I found that the gimbal didn't start properly if it didn't detect the weight of a phone. It was also important to have the phone holding portion of the gimbal the correct way up when started, otherwise it failed to initialise properly. Another issue I had was that the phones I used appeared to be slightly too heavy for the gimbal. If they weren't perfectly aligned in the middle of the holder (which is difficult with the s23 due to the position of the power button), then the phone would slowly droop to the heavier side. Additionally, due to the size of the phones, they would foul the side of the gimbal arm in some positions. Another problem I found was that if I moved my arm forwards and then backwards, sometimes the gimbal would loose position and point to the ground. This was both with the added camera device, or no camera attachment.The gimbal should be usable without the need to install any app on the phone. It is possible to use the ai gizmo to fo some simple tracking.I found that the object tracking when attached to the phone was OK, with some obvious flaws. I tried it at an aquarium for example, and got it to track a large fish. When the fish swam from left to right, it was happy. When the fish swam towards us, it just about coped. When the fish swam from right to left, the app tracked the tail only, and then spotted a much more exciting sticker to watch instead.

The AOCHUAN Gimbal Stabilizer arrived professionally packed in a full colour printed cardboard box bearing the Aochuan branding and an image of the device.In the box you get the gimbal itself, a removeable tracking sensor, a small grip tripod, a USB charging cable and an instruction manual.The unit was tested with a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra and performed well after a simple setup procedure.The gimbal is used in conjunction with the Aochuan app which is downloadable from the Google Play Store and allows all the gimbal features to be easily accessed.A nice touch is the built in light at the rear of the gimbal mounting bracket and also the magnetic charging facility in the same area.Multiple tracking modes are available and they all work well in normal circumstances - walking etc.A full featured and versatile phone gimbal.

While it was possible to record a video holding the phone there is a layer of sophistication and professionalism that comes from gimbal shots that really make it worthwhile. The most impressive feature of the stabilizer is AI tracker which make the shooting more convenient. It’s a brilliant bit of kit and has everything you could need to make shooting video for fun.

I do like this, So far been very impressed with what it does and how it responds.I really only wanted this so that I could record stable video's, but it does so much more than that.Even though I have been trying it out for a while now, I am still leaning thing is can do.If you are after a solid device that helps to get that perfect recording then this is for you.Really happy with it.Highly recommended.

Now having recently acquired this one from AOCHUAN, it's a very steep learning curve...The device itself is clearly a high-quality piece of kit, there is nothing cheap about it, the included accessories, or even the packaging.Accessory-wise, included in the package is a tripod (small obviously), a USBc charging cable, a compact manual and a magnetic AI Sensor.I found it very straightforward to download the Aochuan app from the Apple store. Unfortunately (and even bizarrely), while the app offers several very useful looking tutorials for the various phone gimbals from Aochuan, this particular gimbal - the Smart AI XPro - is not covered. That, plus the fact that the item is marked as 'Currently Unavailable' on Amazon makes me wonder if this is either a very new model or alternatively an obsolete one...There are tutorials on the X-Pro and this one looks very like my model - with the possible difference being the inclusion of the AI Sensor?I am enjoying learning how to use this device - I just wish it was fully covered in the app tutorials like the other models.No idea of price so I cannot comment on value for money.- - - - - - - - - -Note: As a member of the Vine program I was supplied with this item free of charge. Just open the box, quality products and all functions work as descriptions. Will take it for my trip to Europe for a good try.Also I got excellent support from Brian. He is knowledgeable and helpful.

Viele bekannte Marken funktionieren auch nur mit sehr teuren Handy, doch dieses Gimbal braucht nur Android und ein Bluetooth um sein Talent zu beweisen. Die Installation der App ist kinderleicht so wie die Verbindung. Da wo es schwierig wird, ist die Einstellungen und die Vielseitigkeit des Geräts, weil das kleine mitgelieferte Buch nur die Beschreibung der verschiedene knöpfe zeigt aber kein Wort über das Programm im Handy. Es gibt auf YouTube ein paar Videos, die alles Punkt für Punkt erklären, sind aber leider alle auf Englisch.Ich gebe ihm aber doch fünf Sternen, weil es sich wirklich lohnt für Videos und Bilder aufnahmen mit mehr Stabilität.
