Not good , very uncomfortable

Too flimsy for adults, regularly loosen in the night ,all instructions what there are, are in Chinese, had to go back to amazon to check in case i was doing something wrong, I'm female with a small mouth, can't see how a male would be able to use them

Work well for my daughter. She breathes through her nose much more when using these. Very reasonable price but occasionally come unstuck at the bottom.
