I've been using peels for years. I use it once per week or every other week. It removes the hardened surface of the skin. I take a cotton round and put 4 or 5 shakes of the bottle on it. (You do not want the cotton round soaked.) Apply to dry skin. If it's your first time using, once you feel a sting, set a timer for 30 seconds to 1 minute. Follow with a lotion or oil-based cleanser and rinse with cool water. If you've never used a peel before, I would only apply to a small area of the face (like the lower cheek). See how your skin reacts. DO NOT APPLY TO YOUR EYELIDS OR DIRECTLY UNDERNEATH THE EYE - that skin is too delicate. This peel can be used if you use a retinol. Again, try a small area first before applying to your entire face!

I've just started with this and my skin is already brighter and firmer. Followed the directions. This was crazy easy to do at home. The instructions recommend using a cotton pad, but I used a small fan brush. Much easier to control and no waste. Using twice a month this bottle should last me a year. So much cheaper than a spa.

To begin with... 2 years ago, I had seborrheic dermatitis, rosacea, sensitive and acne prone skin. I went to Dermatologist, spent a lot and nothing improved until my sister recommended this peel to me. 2 years later... my face has smoothen, pores have tighten, blemishes have diminished, and I don't get acne breakouts as often as I did. Not to say my dermatitis condition is gone, and my rosacea is now very mild. Now whenever I get a zit, I apply the solution on the acne spot and it disappears after 2-3 days. I'm currently on my 3rd bottle, and now it's my beauty routine every once a month. I apply the peel once a month, all over my face comfortably for 10mins.I'm writing this review, sharing my pics when I 1st started using the peel, and my complexion 2 years apart (no camera filters used). I want to share my journey using this peel, how well it worked for me, and the Do's & Don'ts. It's certainly not an overnight result. I had to do consistently (and carefully), and only saw good results probably from my 3rd peel onwards.For starters with bad skin like mine, using this peel will certainly STING BAD. Be prepared to use a portable fan and blow it on your face! I saw a lot of frosting (white spots) surfacing after applying the peel. Means it's working on the bad skin. Then the troubled areas such as blemishes will turn brown and it'll look charred. The down time is about 5 days and day 3 & 4 are the worst. So assuming I want to "hide" from public on Sat & Sun, I apply the peel on Wed night, and the next day (Thurs) counts as Day 1. By Day 5, I look somewhat presentable, but as I used the peel more consistently, my skin got better. There was less blemish and the peeling becomes less horrendous.Do's:- start slowly leaving the peel for 2-3 mins for a start, finally increasing it to 8-10 mins- apply it all over the face with a cotton pad, carefully avoiding eyes and lips ( i find it better results to apply all over face than spot application)- put a generous amount of moisturizer after applying the peel for the next 5 days- put sunscreen in the day- aim for a peel once every month. consistency is key! but also make sure not to apply it too close while your skin isn't fully healed.Don'ts:- pick the flaking skin! if you pick it prematurely, it will cause the skin to be raw and red, and slows down the healing process- apply the peel too soon while your skin is still healing from the previous heel. it will cause the face to get "burned".- wait too long to perform the next peeling. by then, your dead skin will be so accumulated, and the peeling process will be as horrendous as you just started.I'm now very happy with my complexion and it shows on my recent pictures. I no longer have to put heavy make up to cover blemishes like before. My skin is not thick with dead skin and blemishes. I owe my skin to this peel. It's not expensive vs. going for laser treatments.
