Good for dedicated side-sleepers
I sometimes travel with friends who snore prodigiously. I'm not a light sleeper, but I've learned through experience that it can be loud enough to keep me awake. These little earplugs do the trick. “Normal” plugs often stick out straight, making them uncomfortable for side sleepers like me. These are angled such that the protruding part is thin and nestled in the ear. I find them quite comfortable. The inclusion of multiple tips should make them universally compatible, and the little plastic case means I'm less likely to lose them or get them mucked up from rolling around at the bottom of a backpack. I don't know that the “high density soundproof mesh” on the outer part really does anything, but it does no harm that I can see. Will these block absolutely every bit of sound? I doubt it, since the ear is the product of ages of evolution and pretty efficient at its job. But I'm pretty happy with these plugs, and expect I will soon thank them for a restful night's sleep.

OK for blocking sound, but less effective than foam
Neatly packaged and comes with several sizes, which is an advantage compared to similar ear plugs. But I think the common foam type earplugs that you have to squeeze to fit into the ear canal work block noise more effectively and are a lot less expensive than these.I found these to be uncomfortable until I took that little disc out of the loop. It serves no purpose, and the loop is more comfortable for a side sleeper without that stiff disc.To call them "noise cancelling" is a little silly, or maybe it is just a language translation issue, but noise cancelling has a specific meaning. Ear plugs don't cancel noise, they block it.

A great set of earplugs
These earplugs are nice and work like earplugs should. These are comparable to other silicone earplugs on the market. These block out noise wonderfully. You can certainly get a good night's sleep or travel in comfort with these. These are made from a softer silicone and incredibly light. This allows the earplug to be flexible and "mold" the loop to your ear when laying on it.The case is durable and will hold your earplugs in place. There is a solid 'snap' when the case is closed. I quite like the long strap attached to the case.Something to note is that this set has a slightly longer stem than other ear plugs I own, and the ear bud extends over the stem by a few mm. Because of this, the earplug goes deeper into ear, which is uncomfortable after some time. If you are not used to wearing earplugs or an earplug with this long of a stem, you will need to give yourself some time to adjust. My main complaints are about the quality of materials for the earplugs, but standard across similar listings. You will need to wipe these regularly or they will become disgusting. The kind of silicone used for the tip and earplug gathers grime quickly.I'm not sure what is in the hole of the earplug, it looks like it's supposed to be a filter of some kind, or is it just decoration? Whatever it is doesn't actually affect the quality of the earplugs, and if you're looking to sleep with these, you'll want to remove it anyways.Overall, these earplugs are decent and get the job done, and have a place as my travel pair.

Good for noisy environments
These ear plugs work great for noisy situations like neighborhood construction or loud concerts, basically to make a noisy environment more acceptable. I needed ear plugs for sleep though because of a snoring spouse, and as a side sleeper I've tried several types of ear plugs to try to find the comfiest fit. These are great, but probably the 2nd most comfortable I've owned. They do go in fairly deep, and there are 4 different ear tip sizes that will surely give you a custom like fit. That being said, I find myself pulling them out in the middle of the night because my ears get a tad sore after a few hours. At that point the snoring as stopped so it has served its purpose. My favorite thing is there is no left or right, so it's easy to just grab and plug your ears in the middle of the night. Overall these are great, and way way better than the foam ones.

Fits Comfortably but Doesn't Reduce Noise All That Much.
The good: These earplugs are small and come with a convenient carrying case with a lanyard. They also came with four different size silicone tips between extra small and large, so one is bound to find a size that fits one's ear canal. They were fairly comfortable and easy to forget they are in.The not as good: These are not really all that noise reducing at least I doubt to the claimed level of 30 decibels. Even with them in the sound levels in the room seemed quite loud, the volume of the TV being only minor to moderately less so. Therefore, they are nowhere as good as some in-the-ear plugs and especially full coverage earmuffs. So, while they do have some benefit and use, I would not use them for protection in extremely loud environments like around heavy machinery or at the shooting range. They are basically average quality ear protection.
