We bought the first pump case in July and unfortunately it broke within a couple of weeks as the handle snapped off. Customer service were great though and sent us a replacement. Unfortunately the replacement has just broken (Nov) (in a different place, pictures for reference); due to the fact I have a 'conversation open' with the vendor, I can't ask for another replacement nor will Amazon let me return it as it's been over 30 days. I think the case should be more durable (as it is it's job to protect the pump) and it's not much cheaper than getting a pump cover from Diabetes Express.

It fits perfect, use it for my insulin pump.

this product is a great tool for a tandem person. sadly tandem themselves provide only poorly designed cheap breakable pieces (odd since this is a durable medical device to be worn 24/7 365 days 5+ yrs only issue is with the cord , wish the case could accommodate a way to wrap up/ secure the cordage.

I purchased this case in May of this year, and it is now early December and it already broke. I admit to being hard on equipment, but I need something that I can take on and off dozens of times a day. I cannot control my pump from my phone, and it is a hassle to look at my blood sugar reading on my phone, so I pull my case off and on often. I wish someone would make a pump case that is durable yet easy to use. I've tried different kinds and types and am frustrated that there isn't something out there that will work for me!
