Good product, Excellent service; Four stars to product and five to service!
The PBX arrived from some supplier in Patna on 13th June 2020 (Saturday). Installation was easy - just plug and play for regular intercom and 0-dial for accessing the BSNL line. By evening, I had also explored other features, like Round Robin, memory function, picking call from any number etc. However, one problem that we faced was that the phone connected to #602 did not ring - this is where my pleasant experience was to begin.I Googled the helpline e-mail id and wrote the problem at CCL at 7PM, expecting a response by Monday. However, they were quick to respond and by Sunday afternoon, we had exchanged mails 4-5 times, following which they offered free replacement. On Monday morning, I received a phone call from their service engineer - we also interacted over a video call as I was interested in repair at user end. However, they counselled me that I better opt for a replacement. The replacement PBX reached on Wednesday and worked perfect. The next day, I couriered the original set back to them.To conclude, any product can malfunction, but if the manufacturer provides good quality service, the problems get resolved without much discomfort.

Worth buying for Soho.
Right choice for Soho. Can easily be installed by any electrician or technician.Economical, efficient and right built up quality. Worth buying.

Pathetic product , Worst Service
The intercom system did not work and I called the helpline number listed on the web, they informed me they will provide no service to me and I need to deal with my problem on my own. Overall ridiculous service , if you are stuck with it you might as well dump it in the bin as they will provide no service.

Value buy
This is my second machine purchase. The first machine served me well and after 2yrs there is a breakdown. Even then , I preferred to buy same as it is value for money. I have eight outlets and cctv through it

Received ccl epbx today in a very good packing. Good built of system, easy to install as an intercom, voice quality is best ,clear n loud, no heating of amplifier, overall best product for such a price range. Thanks to CCL...
