This is compact massager that can be used in bad with or without pillow. I have also used on chair while I am working or watching movies. This is very compact and heat functionality makes this product great specifically in winter. Different modes available and can be adjusted based upon your requirements. It did not come with an adapter like it was supposed to. I found my own to use with it and It does not heat up at all. The actual massage did feel good and did ease out a few of my trigger points but dissatisfied with the faulty heat settings and missing adapter cord. Initiated my return.
