We installed this filter 4 months ago and have to-date been very satisfied by the operation and water quality. Water "flavor" is commensurable with non-alkaline water one would expect from an RO filter.I used a cheap TDS meter (also from Amazon) to measure solids, and the RO filter produces water of TDS in the low 20's, given a starting tap water TDS measurement of 350.Unit is silent when idle. Noise while water is flowing through the faucet is reasonable and not an issue for us.Installation was seamless, the fittings provided are dependable.

We are a tier 1 cultivator in VT and needed a cost effective reverse osmosis option to fill tanks for plant nutrients and watering. The previous model we got died quickly and was slow as a snail. This unit fills our 100 gallon tank within a couple hours. It's the fastest way to bring your water as close to 0 ppm as you can. It will never truly be 0 ppm. But this does enough to accurately mix nutrients for these plants. The system is easy to install, easy to know when you need to replace filters and is sleek looking, unlike other models. We received and connected this unit on December 10, 2024, and although the regular filter already alerted to be changed mid January, we got 100s of gallons of clean water. February 3rd both filters indicated the need to be changed, although this was not even 90 days in, we go through a LOT of water. We're talking 100 gallons a day, easily.Would absolutely recommend! I don't like the taste, but if you have a need for low ppm water, this is a great option! We would be interested in buying the replacement filters in bulk if possible? Like 4 or 5 at a time of each? Hopefully I can find a way to replace filters with a discount since we will be replacing them about 5 times a year due to the volume of water we go through.

Replacing a typical RO system- 3 main filters then carbon then UV, has a tank and takes up a lot of space. Also it leaked twice, had a crack in a plastic Tee and rumbles now as I use water. This ECOViva system solves a few issues for me. It's all in the box so less worries about leaks and dreaded filter changes should be MUCH easier. The fact that it uses 2.5:1 not the 1:2 of my old system sealed the deal. FYI most outlets under sink are switched for the disposal. I had a drop ceiling below so wasn't hard to get power there. Alternately could have taken power from the adjacent dishwasher. The faucet looks nice- ring glows blue when using RO water- and fit with room to spare in a soap dispenser hole. I planned to run to fridge like old setup but think the faucet flowed a bit faster. It doesn't flow fast but better than my old system- like a typical fridge speed. UV sterilizer would be nice but we're not on a well so not crucial. Filters were reasonably priced and durable. I wish it was free and installed itself but otherwise don't have any complaints. There is an audible pump noise but not bad. Using for a few days and water looks, smells, and tastes like nothing.

WHAT A UNIT! Very quiet operation, seems very well constructed with sleek aesthetic look for a device that's going to live under most households cabinet. Needs to be a museum piece and on display. Very small footprint under kitchen sink and easy to install. The most time consuming part of install for wife and I was hole sawing through 3/4" Granite counter top with diamond bit hole saw. TAKE YOUR TIME! Esthetically the faucet unit matches our kitchen faucet with its brushed stainless appearance. Was astonished how much different our city water tastes after being RO'd. Even the smell difference of water quality between Ecoviva faucet and normal kitchen faucet is astonishing. Did run into Unit going into alarm after 30 min flush of RO filter but quick rest of unit and we were up and running. Will contact customer support regarding this issue to see if that's normal at later time, they weren't available during weekend install.ECOVIVA FOR THE WIN!! Overall very pleased with this purchase and our water now tastes so good without chemically treated smell.

We are really happy with this reverse osmosis water filtration system. It was easy for my husband to install. The faucet has a nice, sleek look and I love how it lights up to indicate the filter life span when in use. The filtration system fits under the sink very well. Really happy with this purchase. Bonus- Ecoviva is a sustainable company!

Highly recommend! I have been utilizing this reverse osmosis water filtration system now for the past month or so and must say that thus far I am very pleased. It was overall easy for my boyfriend to install. The quality of the water is fantastic/ tastes clean and fresh! Note that for the RO side, when 1st turn on it "hesitates" and then water flow is normal - Keep in mind this is normal for the RO side. The filtered water side - the water flow is normal from initiation/ when turn on. The design is compact - the unit fits easily under the sink with plenty of space for other storage items. The faucet is streamlined - has a sleek design/ appearance. Will see how long the filter lasts before needing to be changed; as per the description the unit does light up to indicate the need for a filter change which is a nice feature. Very pleased with this purchase and do recommend! And need to add I would have put 5 Stars, however, have not been using long enough to do so; for the time I have been using it has been a 5 star rating for sure! I have to add reasonably priced as well!

Fantastic. Install was pretty straightforward, but basic electrical and plumbing experience will help. Well water sulfur smell was gone instantly and the water tastes fantastic. Depending on the size of your sink dispenser hole, you may need to install a wider washer where the RO faucet goes through the top of sink, to make sure it sits flush
