These bun tins are sturdy and just right for mini muffins.

These are very good quality and very heavy.

I ordered the Yikki 2 Pack Mini Muffin Trays for my 5 year old son.He absolutely loves helping to bake cakes and muffins for our elderly neighbours.This product seemed ideal to ensure that we have enough little treats for everyone.The mini muffin trays arrived well packaged and in immaculate condition.Each tray feels like very good quality and is made from carbon steel.It should be noted that the 'mini' is not an understatement and the trays are intended to bake very small cakes and muffins. I can't think of many other uses for the trays, but it is clear in the description.We made 48 little cakes using a madeira sponge mix and adjusted the cooking time to 10-15 minutes.I kept testing the cakes with a skewer as the compartments are small and the cakes can easily over-bake.The trays withstood the heat easily as you would expect. The only downside is that the product states that it is non-stick. In a rush, I didn't grease the compartments and thought this would be fine.I had to score around each cake individually and this took an extra 15 minutes or so.It was difficult and cumbersome to remove each cake, and cleaning the trays proved problematic.I lost my patience a little and used a metal scourer, as despite soaking the trays it was difficult to remove the excess cake mixture. As a result, I've slightly damaged the trays and this is quite disappointing.Overall, it is a great quality product and at a very reasonable price, but perhaps adjust the product description to ensure that customers also grease the trays.

Perfect for homemade bitesize festive treats.

The media could not be loaded. I ordered these thinking that they’d be good for Yorkshire Puds…my old Yorkshires tray is beginning to lose its non-stick coating, so it’s time for an upgrade. You get two trays in the pack-both with 24 quite deep compartments. Quality-wise they seem fine - they have a good non-stick coating, and wash well in a dishwasher. Unfortunately I don’t think these are suitable for Yorkshires….the compartments are just too small (see pic with 1 pence piece in a compartment to show size), so they’d end up too crispy…..but they are the perfect size for little party fairy cakes, so they’ll still be useful. All in all, a reasonable value pair of cake tins-just be aware how small the compartments are before purchasing.
