My toddlers absolutely love the sand box

Wood was split I ordered early for my grandkids Easter gift just now getting it out of the box and almost every piece of wood is split. Not sturdy at all. Very pricey for the material being junk.

The house and sandbox itself is very nice and my daughter loves it. But I believe the instructions could have been much more clearer and some parts were backwards and some parts needed holes for screws and they weren’t there. Very tricky trying to put it together and took a long time to assemble.

Several boards were cracked, a dowel hole was drilled on the wrong side of a panel, and the finish is not great. I am going to have to reinforce/repair the cracked sections, drill another dowel hole so I can properly fit the panel which I initially had to install backward to make fit, and final stain/finish the wood. Other than that, it's not a bad little playhouse.

Grandkids love it

There is plenty to like and dislike about this playhouse.Instructions are clear and parts are marked. It says you need two people to assemble, but I knocked the entire thing out within 2 hours by myself.Now what I didn't like. For 500 bucks the quality was pretty iffy. Wood is very soft. The paint job was pretty bad. Overspray of white on the blue panels.However, biggest issue was one of the parts was missing. I was missing a lower support piece (#16) Luckily Im pretty handy and was able to rip down a piece on the table saw and drill it out making my own replacement.That being said its not terrible. If it was say $300 I wouldn't have even batted an eye. But given the price the quality and issues cause me to drop some stars off.

All the wood white and blue came terrible llook old and dirty also the small windows glass.
