This product is 99% water at LEAST. There is zero cooling effect. My Biofreeze works 100% better and also helps with muscle tension. This is the biggest waste of money.

Works well but I hopped out the shower where I have an extensive cleansing routine...and whatever I use in the shower or my body chemistry gave it a mild almost fishy smell...took another shower after.

Cute packaging though, but get IcyHot instead.

I can't describe the snell. It smells really bad. I had to return it. Perhaps it's expired old eucalyptus smell. I won't recommend it.

Not sure if it does much more than just spraying water on yourself. I was hoping it was more potent than this. There is a strong scent of some type of mint or oil when you first spray it, but that dissipates quickly. Immediate feel on the kin is similar to spraying water. After the sprayed area dries, there is a faint feel of coolness. Similar to if you rubbed menthol oil on an area. So, ultimately, I think it cools you through evaporation of the liquid, similar to water. After that, it is simply a sensation like if you rubbed on some menthol. To be honest, I was hoping that there would be some more cooling effect than this. Like spraying alcohol on an area, or through vasoconstriction to reduce blood flow. That would have been more useful for spraying on my aching knees after a workout. As it is, yea, it feels cool, but not an "actual" cool... Hope that makes sense.

I wish I would've read the reviews. Stinks like fish!! Terrible!! Also, spilled in the box.

This smells horrible and doesn't work don't buy

I guess it could of been the concentration of the menthol, but it to me smelled like fish. I couldn't even spray it on my body.
