I take Red Yeast Rice as an alternative to a statin, along with 300mg of Co Q-10. The Red Yeast Rice I normally take is a compressed tablet of some size. So I was surprised these were relatively smaller caplets with supposedly more Red Yeast Rice. In addition, the amount of Co Q-10 in these seems minuscule at 30mg. But there are also a slew of other ingredients that are heart healthy. So, based on the labeling I gave these four stars, deducting for the Co Q-10.

Normally you find Nattokinase in 2000FU tablets. You take 2 for a typical 4000FU dose. With this product they managed to fit 5000FU into 1 tablet, plus 10 additional ingredients. This makes me wonder how they fit all that in? Their web site speaks of their 20 years in the industry. However a web search produces very little except a Trademark application in May of 2024. Of course they may have been doing business under another name. In any case, all of the above makes me a bit skeptical that this product can really deliver all it promises.

I got he for the natto which I have been taking for a few months but ran out and needed more. I take 250 mg daily and this one fit the bill. There are other ingredients added with is a nice bonus but the mg of each one is too small for my needs. I wish the percentage was higher but something is better than nothing.
