Hard for a beginner
Quality is wonderful. Just an fyi- it was a bit hard for a real beginner in crochet. I had to watch numerous YouTube videos and still haven’t gotten it down. The included instructions are not clear enough.

This is for a Granddaughter and the item appears to be a very nice gift with all items for making a blanket. I'm sure she will be excited to start.

Don’t bother
The yarn splits with each stitch. It is very thin and difficult to work with. I bought 2, opened 1 and am returning the second.

NOT FOR beginners
The instructions are insane. I was hoping to be able to learn to make granny squares based on the product description, but unless you comprehend ridiculous instructions, you will have to look elsewhere to be able to do this. 😢On the plus side, the yarn is average and not very soft, and there is plenty of it.

Nice kit. Came a day early. Very happy with this purchase. Comes with everything needed to complete the blanket. Includes yarn, scissors, tape measure, hooks, row markers, plastic needles for weaving in ends, and instructions.Exactly what I was looking for.
