Not Useful, Not Working after 1 month
Waste of MoneyCannot open door using mobile app.Cannot open door using alexa.If someone is standing on the door, you need to go to the door to open the door.Very small bell button provided but not visitors.Overall this is not a smart lock just a fancy lock.Installation cost is really high.Not sturdy, can be broken easily as both side plastic material used. One can break the plastic and open the latch manually.Much more damage to door as this lock needs much more drilling and big hole in door. Not secured at all.Service is really bad, you will not be able to connect with them for many days also if you will connect, they will take request for a call back and call will come after one week.No support after service.

This is my first smart lock, and I’m impressed! It has so many ways to unlock—fingerprint, passcode, key card, app, and keys. The autolock is super handy, and it looks classy. Customer service was excellent too. Great product!

This smart lock works great! The fingerprint recognition is reliable, and I don’t need to look for keys anymore. It also has a card option and an app for convenience. Easy to use and looks good! Just make sure it fits your door type.

Good Experience Overall
Have got it installed in 3 days after delivery, easy to use and set the fingerprints and passwords. Captures video of every entry , has functionality to see and talk from remote location on bell press. Overall satisfied with product and had a good experience.
