Good Backup for my Laptop
I purchased the UPS and expected a battery backup of 30-45 minutes for my laptop with battery but it surprisingly kept my laptop running for 2 hours straight.Build quality is good but it does not beep before shutting down that needs to be added.

Sturdy
Seems to be working fine. I have a WiFi router, 32” LED, printer and a table lamp attached to it. I haven’t had a chance to take it to draining our point as I only need to tide over until generator backup kicks in. It serves my purpose just fine.

Bad Product. 2 Yrs warranty but Battery Dead in 3 months
The Battery is dead within 3 months (Warranty is 2 years). No support here in Goa. No way to resolve the issue. Amazon Please help with a solution.

Most underrated UPS brand.
Works flawlessly. Fan is usually completely silent, just turns on occasionally based on load and even then there is minimal noise. Backup time is excellent.Amazon really messed up with the delivery though, package was definitely mishandled as a plastic piece was damaged (breaker switch). I decided not to replace as there is no functional damage and I'm sure the replacement product would be even worse

With a generator, this works for a 43" TV and wifi router.

The product is a Cheap Chinese make with False Claims
According to the product description it has 2 X 7 Ah battery but there is only one. A standard Chinese product . The same board can be found as many incarnation with different brands. If anybody believe its a Libert product them it would turn out as a fake claim. Little highly priced as the same can be found with different label and better price

Where from to get Service support is not clear . My product has stopped functioning after One year and six month

My Go-to UPS brand
I have 2 UPS units from Vertiv, been using one of them for over an year now, while this one is about 3 months old, works great, does what it promises, can't ask for more, so no complaints. You can also register your product on Vertiv's homepage, looks and feels durable. Go for it, you won't regret it.
