Easy plug and play!
This worked out perfectly. I had to travel overseas for work and was told that the connecting cables that they had were either not working or it was making the presentation room too cluttered. I had worked with something like this before and wanted to try it out. It worked like a charm! I now have these packed in my work tech bag that travels with me wherever I go.

No more messy wires
I have been using these wireless HDMI’s for 6 months now and I am obsessed with the wireless look. I have my device on a floating shelf and my tv on the fireplace mantle and I don’t have to have the hdmi cord draping across the wall to the TV anymore. I love it!

Such a useful gadget - great for laptops
I'm a believer. I never would have imagined that it was possible to transmit HDMI wirelessly with two adapters. It was easy to set up and sync and the connection is reliable. I'm using it with my laptop to play Jackbox party games on the TV - no wires involved, no trip hazard! Strongly recommended.

Great product. Buy it!
Great product. Took a few minutes to set up. Once installed, it gives lightening fast wireless hdmi connection to your output device of choice. It does not lag. I’m considering buying second one for my other device.

Good Value Wireless HDMI
Looking for a convenient way to connect our Windows laptops to our TVs and monitors without dealing with long cables, we decided to give this wireless display adapter a try. It turned out to be a great solution for wirelessly casting content from our Windows devices, offering a smooth experience for both casual use and professional setups. The adapter also works well with Mac laptops. Here’s a breakdown of how it performed across different devices and scenarios.Key Features:• Wireless Connectivity: The adapter offers a convenient, cable-free solution to connect Windows laptops (and other Windows devices) to external displays such as monitors, TVs, and portable screens. This eliminates the need for long HDMI or VGA cables, which is especially useful for presentations, media streaming, and home entertainment setups.• Device Compatibility: The device works well with both Windows and Mac laptops. While we focused primarily on the Windows devices, testing with both an IBM laptop and a MacBook confirmed that it’s a versatile adapter. For MacBooks, we could also use AirPlay, which made it even more seamless.Testing and Performance:• Monitor: We tested the adapter by plugging it into a monitor through an HDMI-to-DVI adapter. This setup worked flawlessly without any issues. We also attempted connecting it through an HDMI-to-DisplayPort adapter, but unfortunately, this setup did not work. This could be due to the limitations of the adapter or the specific monitor configuration.• Portable Monitor: The connection to a portable monitor went smoothly using an HDMI-to-mini HDMI adapter. There were no issues with the display or connection, and the picture quality was as expected.• TV: We tested the connection by plugging the adapter directly into the HDMI port of the TV. Additionally, the TV’s USB port was used to power the adapter. Both setups worked without issue, making it easy to stream content wirelessly from the laptop to the TV. The power source via USB port on the TV was particularly convenient, as it eliminated the need for additional power cables or adapters.• Testing Devices: The wireless display adapter was tested with an IBM laptop running Windows and a MacBook. Both devices connected without any major issues. During the tests, we played YouTube videos, and the display was smooth with no noticeable lag. The resolution and picture quality were impressive, with clear visuals and good color reproduction.• Power Requirements: For the TX adapter that connects to the device/laptop, we didn’t need to plug in an external power source. However, the RX adapter required a power source. For the TV, we were able to power the adapter using its built-in USB port, which worked perfectly. When testing with monitors, we had to use a USB extender cable to connect the RX adapter to a USB power brick, but this was not a major inconvenience.Pros:• Wireless connectivity eliminates the need for long cables, making it perfect for a clean and organized setup.• Smooth performance with no noticeable lag during video playback or general use.• Easy setup, with compatibility across various devices (Windows laptops, MacBooks, TVs, and monitors).• The ability to power the RX adapter via USB from the TV or a USB power brick, providing flexibility in power options.• Clear resolution and picture quality.Cons:• The HDMI-to-DisplayPort setup did not work as expected, limiting compatibility in some cases (may not be a common issue for most users).• The need for an external USB power source for the RX adapter can be a slight inconvenience in certain setups, especially with monitors that don't have USB ports. Conclusion:Overall, this wireless display adapter is an excellent solution for those looking to connect their Windows laptops (and other devices) to external screens without the hassle of running long cables. It offers a smooth, reliable connection with good resolution and minimal lag, making it ideal for both entertainment and productivity purposes. The ability to power the RX adapter via USB is a thoughtful feature, especially when using a TV with an available USB port. While the HDMI-to-DisplayPort connection didn’t work in our tests, the adapter was still very effective in the more common setups we used. This product is very easy to use and will certainly come in handy for anyone needing a wireless solution for their devices.

I recommend this item, it extends my laptop screen to my old HDMI television. The first item did not work and they shipped a replacement immediately. It works well.

So Convenient and Clean
This thing is great! We have a large screen TV and multiple devices. Rather than having 5 or six HDMI's that are all different in some way, and then have that running down the wall to a media center; we just use this!TV has only one thin cable exposed for power. Most modern TV's have a USB slot to power the receiver end of the transmitter so no extra power cord for that. The transmitter end also needs a USB power cord (included) but that is not a big deal. The picture included showing the transmitter sitting inconspicuously on a bookshelf.I have also used the transmitter to transmit from mini nintendo, windows laptop, PS4, and Xbox series X. Have transmitted with no issues from 20ft away. So now we have a media center 15 feet away from TV, with all devices plugged into power, and we just swap the HDMI transmitter to the one we are using at the time. Just got a HDMI hub to connect all the devices to, with one output that we will put the Wireless HDMI transmitter on. Haven't tried it, but don't see why it would not work. Also, the devices came with a USB-C to HDMI adapter, a Mini HDMI adapter, and a Micro HDMI adapter! The only Con I have found is that on my TV, I cannot connect the receiver to the ARC HDMI port. The TV trips out as that port receives commands from device to turn it on and such. Not a big deal, works fine on all the other non-ARC HDMI's.IN A NUTSHELL: IF YOU DONT WANT TO HAVE A MESS OF WIRES GOING TO YOUR TV OR NEED TO HAVE YOUR MEDIA CENTER NOT IMMEDIATELY NEXT TO YOUR TV, THEN GET THIS!!

Easy HDMI wireless connectivity
I bought this wireless HDMI by Elalight in December and I have been using it for the past three months. It was very easy to install. It only took five minutes. The wireless connectivity works perfect. I have not had any issues at all. All you do is connect one end to your HDMI port in your laptop and the other to back of your HDMI port on your monitor and now your monitor basically acts like an independent computer. It even worked perfectly connecting to your HDMI port to the back of your TV and now you can watch any videos and photo stored in your computer on your big flat screen television anywhere in your home. I rate this five stars but honestly, I could rate 10 stars if they have that many. If you are looking for HDMI wireless connectivity this is the product for you.
