I do not advise anyone to buy here
The gift was bought for the child for Christmas, but when we opened it for the first time only today, we saw that the toy was simply broken. And it doesn't even turn on. They thought that the batteries were discharged. But no, even after charging the batteries, the toy did not work. Therefore, Christmas is spoiled, the child is in tears. I do not advise anyone to buy here

Lucky it was still intact!
The digger is a good item. However when the package arrived I thought it would be damaged after seeing the box! Thankfully it is working fine but you need to have a word with your delivery company as this isn't good enough!

Damaged box. No way to report
Boxed turned up damaged. The actual delivery box is fine, so it was obviously packed damaged. No report damage without returning it first. Terrible service.
