I use a machine similar to this one at my chiropractor. I loved the benefits of getting a good stretch. I can across this product and thought I would try it out. It exceeds my expectations. I was worried that it would not be stable due to the price, but it very sturdy. I have bad knees and floor stretching tweaks them. Using this to stretch takes the pressure off my knees and lets me get a great deep stretch. I use it mostly for the lower back, upper back, shoulders and hamstrings.Assembly is required, but it was very easy and had it ready to go in about 25 minutes. All tools were included and the screws are packaged by step. So, on step one the screws and bolts are packaged for just that step so there is not risk of not knowing which part is needed.If you are on the fence about this product and have used and loved the precor version (very costly), this is an excellent stretching and I recommend it! Great product at a great price!

For the price, this is fairly close to the Precor stretcher at the gym. Works great, Very sturdy, easy to put together. It can do all the stretches, the major difference is that it a bit smaller. So, other than a hamstring stretch it works for everything. The solution is just to take the unnecessary pads from under the handle.

This stretch bench is great, especially for the price point. It's compact enough to store in a small space but still very sturdy.Instructions were very easy to follow for assembly. The entire process took less than 1 hour. There was maybe two steps where a second set of hands was helpful, but one person could still assemble alone.I've been using it for a week and it definitely hits the target areas. The main downside is the size of the writing on the stretches. It's tiny! I recommend the product.

So I’m a basketball player/Security guard that works in a nursing home and I was trying to find a way to do some type of committed stretching without having to fight myself to get on the floor, but this def given me what I needed, I would say that weighted mobility workouts are better in the long run but stretching has shown to improve sleep quality, so all in all it was pretty worth it I use it everyday and it allows me to stretch out before bed without having to get on the dirty floor and it’s easy to get into and I’m 6’4. Hope this helps!FYI if you want more flexibility/mobility i would opt for weighted stretching/mobility but if you like to stretch especially before bed this is great if you have the finances!Lastly, Im a follower of Jesus and Amazon has products that are great but one day we will all pass away and we can’t bring the products with us so i would encourage anyone reading to check out the historical resurrection of Jesus Christ! At 63 jogging was becoming more difficult because of the pain in my sciatic nerve (self-diagnosed) and hip flexors. Stretching lightly before and heavily after jogging on this machine has seeming cured my issues. Pain free running!Easy to assemble, a 13mm socket and drill adapter or socket driver will save you a lot of time. Well made, lock washers on every bolt. I’m 225 lbs and it seems very sturdy. Easy to clean.100% would purchase again.

I had high hopes for this product. It seemed to be a good solution to my back issues. Back Decompression, right? I did check the sizes that the product would fit and I seemed good to go, but after receiving and putting it together (whew!); I found that it was too large for me. Or should I say, I was too short for the back decompressor. My measurements don't fit! The underarm rests are way too high for me, hitting my shoulders. This was one of my concerns, but again when I check the height/weight recommendations, I was in the parameters. I have contacted the vendors and I am hoping that we can come up with a solution. I can't use it, it doesn't fit my size. Now what??

I've been looking for this Stretching Machine (one that I could afford) for years. During those years my little town gained 4 NEW gyms and 2 that expanded locations and 1 enlarged. NONE added this powerful little guy. I'm 75 yo and maintain that my muscles are NOT rubber bands looking forward to doing 10 REPS of heel n toe. I actually celebrated the day this came up on a search I had all but given up on. In 2012 I couldn't find a used one for under $450. Assembly is required. Took about an hour. Instructions are step by step, with all screws for each step, individually shrink wrapped, packed and step numbered in one super easy accessory cardboard pack PLUS the only 2 tools needed. My floor is slick laminate so I added a non skid mat to my order. I applaud SUNNY for providing a well built, stable exercise piece for a reasonable price. My height, weight, age AND wallet thank you.... and so do my muscles 😊

This is a great product for people who are not extremely tall. I have used one of these for years at a gym and finally bought one for home. This one is more compact than the Precor machine but is very effective for shorter people. I am getting a better stretch on it than on the Precor Machine. Not quite a sturdy as Precor but doesn't matter for me.Directions could be a little better. Pictures of how screws go in should be larger. Took about 1.5 hours to assemble by myself.
