I wore this in downtown Manhattan, then New Paltz, New York over two days and I got so many compliments that I was sick of it (50+ complimenta). I'm not kidding, it became a serious interruption to my day and would distract me from conversations with my friends, reading outside, drinking coffee, even petting cats etc. I'm not a particular misanthropic person, but I'm not a politician or anything and interacting with 50 people on a random day for no reason is super weird. "Nice hat". "I like your hat". never have I expected such innocent words to bring me to near criminal passion. I eventually forwent the hat even though it was near freezing.

Got this for our daughter for her birthday. It was on her wish list. She wore it to the fall ball and everyone loved it and wanted to know where did she got it?

nephew's 11th birthday - bought him a book for kids on learning cyphers and this "thinking cap". He loved it!

I thought it might be kind of funny to wear on our casual winter runs, but it's kind of huge and slips over my eyes! Also, even though it looks thick and bumpy, it's not warm.
