Like that they dissolve in the mouth.Have B12, 3 monthly injections and find myself low on energy towards the following injection.So These contain both of the necessary forms of B12.Happy they are British manufacture.

Not dissolving, ! Just a load of powdery stuff
It's only got 1 review that's you can read in UK.I've just taken one and it's not dissolved yet after 5 mins,? Only directions are "put under tongue until completely dissolved.......That's it. At the moment I'm having doubts,I doubt its going into my bloodstream just seaps into your mouth, I will ammend vreview if I find out more.
