Came dirty and frayed.

The product itself seems fine. Nothing fancy. Just your basic neoprene type material. It did arrive dirty though. Looks like it was previously used as it was dirty, frayed and had hair ties around it to make it fit in the bag. I needed it for this weekend so I can’t return it. I’ll just throw it in the wash and hope for the best lol
