Complete waste of money
Used once last season and approximately 35 minutes after a full charge this season until the battery died.It will not recharge on either of the EGO chargers

Worked great on my Eco Chain saw.
Only used it once and it lasted pretty long. Probably last 2x as long as the stock 2.5ah battery so it must be close to 5 ah the money if it holds up...

first time using it
So I charged the battery right away before I used it and reviews say it won’t last as long as a evo battery but either my evo battery is on its last leg because this generic battery lasted 3-4 times longer than my evo. I use my evo battery with my blower and usually last me anywhere from 10-15 min maybe 20 if it was a newer battery but this generic battery lasted me a good 40 min of high powered blowing using the power button to get that extra blow power and man I was waiting for this battery to drain on me in a matter of 10 min but it lasted 40 min. I will have to buy another one after I see how long this battery can last and perform over regular usuage. Will have to do another review in 6 months

This is a good backup battery to extend your run time.
I am giving this product 3 stars because it does not have a "gas gauge" that shows how much charge it has. Since it is a fraction of the cost of the EGO brand 5.0Ah battery, it is good to have to extend your runtime with your EGO tool, but not necessarily use it as your main battery. It is best not to run your tool until you have no more power, so a backup battery to two will help you avoid running into the "red".

Better than OEM
I went through two EGO batteries, with one of them being warrantied and was about to scrap my 56V blower and pole saw because I refused to buy another OEM battery. I took a chance on this battery and have had zero issues with fit, charging, or use. Some reviewers mentioned it not being as strong as the OEM, but at this point, I can't tell a difference since I went from non-functional equipment, to actually being able to use my devices.
