This pillow has been a great investment! I am not just a hot sleeper, I am an absolute walking furnace (it's literally what some of my coworkers call me). The only time I'm comfortable is when it's 30 degrees out (Fahrenheit) and I'm wearing a tank top and leggings.So back to the pillow. I've only slept with it a couple of nights and it's already clear to me that it's helping me sleep better. Not only is it made of a material that helps take away my body heat, but I literally sink into it for comfort (firm, but also plush). I usually have a pile of pillows that I have to arrange for neck and head support, but I can reduce all of them down to just this single pillow. And after sleeping on it the whole night it's only slightly warm, not hot (think lowest setting on a heating pad, compared to what I had before which was like a stove top in comparison). All I need to do is let it sit on its own for 20ish minutes and its cool to the touch again.The pillow is longer than an average pillow so I can easily get a cooler spot if I'm tossing and turing. The cover was easy to wash, though it is a bit of a squeeze getting it on and off the pillow itself. Might be buying a second one to store away for future use, when I have the extra cash.

I bought two of these a few years ago after repeat fails trying other brands. My husband recently forgot his at a hotel and of course it wasn’t found/returned to us. I immediately turned to Amazon thrilled to find it on here and ordered even before he asked me too. I let him use mine ( which I take every time we travel). I was astonished at how fast the pillow got here (North Pole Alaska) from Kentucky. They sent it 2nd day ups and it made it in two days. The pillow is the same brand/type etc as his MIA pillow and I’m happy to have my own back again.😊. We love how cool (he doesn’t sweat sleeping on this pillow) and comfortable it is. We’re sticking with this brand and Gel Z.

I got this pillow because my old memory foam one was starting to break down. It already feels like it broke into two parts. So I was on the look for a new pillow. The thing is I was tired of getting the same old junky ones. I wanted to get a nice one so I went out looking. Another factor was keeping my head cool. I found that my head stays hot at night some nights and can be annoying. So after I came across this one I felt maybe I wouldn't have to worry anymore. The first one I got was a high loft? it was way to tall and so my neck started to hurt after using it once or twice. So I sent it back and waited a while hopping this one would go down in price but after a while I got tired of waiting and just went for it.So first off its comfortable for a pillow, its a type of memory foam. It also has a gel surface on one side. I presume this is the side that your meant to sleep on because after I got it the first day it was nice and cold (because of being outside in a box). Then it has a soft fabric cover that goes over it. I then put a pillow case over that. Unfortunately with 2 types of covers over it it doesn't really keep my head cold but I don't want to sleep on the memory foam. I might try just a pillow case in the future but then I would have an extra soft cover laying around, or I could just use the soft cover it comes with and get it dirty and have to wash it all the time.There was also a mention of smell which I encountered but it stated to leave in the sun for a day or two? for it to go away. I also let it sit with some fresh air and it seemed to go away. It's still comfy but not very cool, I could try and put a cold pad on it before bed but that would only be a temporary solution for right when I go to bed not while im sleeping.Pros:1. Memory foam support2. Comfy3. Nice size4. Cool to the touch but only if you don't have any covers covering it.Cons:1. Doesn't really keep my head cool like I would like (probably cause of the pillow cover).2. Had a bit of a smell but went away after following directions so not much of a con3. Price. Was a bit priceyAll in all it's still a good pillow, but im gonna have to be on the look out for another pillow that will keep me cool. And yes iv already looked at the other ones out there. Iv done my research but ill have to do more in the future.

I’ve been sleeping on this pillow for about 3 weeks now and it has been the best sleep I’ve had in years. This pillow might not be for everyone tho. It feels like a “thick dough” and at first seems a bit hard, especially if the room has been cool for a while. I press my head hard into the pillow and it perfectly molds to my head and neck giving me ideal support and it stays like that. The cooling gel is only on one side which I don’t mind, I flip the pillow over to the non gel side while I’m watching TV in bed and when I’m ready to pass out I flip it back over and the cooling gel feels amaizing! It holds its coolness for about 15 minutes which is all I need to fall asleep. I’m usually someone who gets up in the night frequently often due to feeling hot and uncomfortable. since getting this pillow I’ve had many nights where I sleep all threw the night without waking up once. This is my Dream pillow no pun intended!

Don't buy this horrible pillow. It has to be the heaviest, most uncomfortable, hardest, and most overpriced pillow I've owned out of dozens I've tried. This mixing memory foam and latex into a hybrid dough is misleading. There's zero resemblance to a high quality Dunlop or Talalay latex pillow and is a marketing ploy. As far as memory foams goes, its too dense, will not give at all and that only gets worse in the winter months. The cooling gel layer remains cool for 5 min maybe It's the heaviest most hard to use pillow.Pros:Shortens the stay of your overnight guests who have overstayed their welcome.Can be used as a deadly weapon if you are the victim of a home invasion.
