I am on my second bottle of Mullein. I have been taking these drops for around a month, not religiously but around 3 times a week. I have noticed that I am not as breathless when I’m doing chores or activities. So well worth buying. Taste is quite nice although sweet so didn’t need to dilute, I take it straight from the dropper.I have copd and this product has been a great help to my everyday life.

Think I expected to be expelling more nasty stuff tho….
