Quality item, an essential item for travelling
Great product, comes in a bag that keeps it clean when not in use as well. Feels like and is a quality item. Money well spent!

Fairly comfortable but gets quite warm
I bought this to use on a long coach journey, after reading previous reviews I've been very gentle with it as the fabric is thin and can imagine the fasteners will easily tear through if you're rough, but I've not had that issue yet.It's certainly comfy, quite firm and can be attached at various points for a tighter or looser fit. The tighter fits do hold your neck rigid which was best for me sleeping.The only downside is it gets quite warm and the fabric and memory foam has no way of taking excess heat away, so at times I found it too uncomfortable to use. I'd still consider it value for money, and in an air conditioned coach, train or plane, it would be great.

Incredibly comfortable and great support.
Bought this neck pillow for a long-haul flight and it was a great investment. The quality is excellent and it offers really good neck support. It did take a few minutes to adjust to the shape of my neck, but once it did, it was incredibly comfortable. Definitely made the flight much more bearable, highly recommend!

Pricey for what it is.
Comfortable but not worth the higher price. Design is okay although the bag it fits in is quite big to have with all your stuff at the airport.

Easy to carry . Comfy for head resting and sleep .
Used this product on a 12 hr car journey and it worked very well . It can get hot , but the support to have a sleep was good . Very handy that you can fold it up in the bag so easy to transport.Would definitely take it on flights from now on .
