I recently had a gynecological surgery on a very sensitive area. I bought the postpartum blend of Saltz and the toilet seat "soaking bowl" that came with it, and I am thrilled with how much better I feel after every soak! I cannot recommend this blend highly enough for anyone who needs to "soak their parts" after surgery or injury. It is a blend of epsom salt, frankincense oil, lavender oil, helichrysum oil, and olive oil (all the oils help not only with healing but also with keeping the stitches moist as they dissolve). Best product I've tried in a long time - color me impressed!

Great pain relief! Great smell! Very strong smell. I use it in my sitz bath when I am having especially painful days and it really helps. The smell is relaxing too.

I suffer from lichen sclerosis and often have taken warm baths to sooth stressed areas. When our house was remodeled and we added a walk-in showers, I purchased this to still allow the same kind of comfort without the large tub. It works great. The post-partum salts are actually quite soothing for my condition as well, though I didn't buy this product for that reason. Easy to use, clean and store and a very good value. Recommended.

I've had four babies now, and never had a sitz bath because to be frank, I didn't really know how to do it the way it was described. I finally sprang for this before my last baby was born just to see if it helped and I'm wondering why I never did before because it helped with discomfort and pain in a great way. It comes with the deal you put in the toilet and fits that great, is sturdy but collapsible plastic, overall I recommend.

This bath salt smells like lavender and frankincense.It’s great for relaxing and de stressing from the work day.Use 5-8 tablespoons per tub of water. Warm water enough to dissolve the salts. Has a frankincense fragrance to it that puts me at ease and allows my body to relax and release tension. You don’t need much, but the bag is small and I’ll probably get 5 uses from it. Easy to dissolve and didn’t irritate my skin. I like the blend of essential oils and skin soothing oil to help condition sensitive areas. Would be suitable for anyone, not just new moms.

I love this brand's lavender foot soak. This was very similar. I didn't soak for too long because my back was hurting, but it was decently calming and felt good. I don't notice any irritation from it. I have very sensitive skin, so I'm happy things went well.The current price is $22.99. I didn't notice any overflow either. It drained into the toilet perfectly.
