Great to use after have a knee replacement.

Great product , but you don't need the pump. Can be pumped up with a straw and just blow it up like a balloon. Very pleased with it tho.

Easy to inflate very sturdy and definitely worth the price

Decent quality soft Pilates ball. Came with two straws to I flat the ball as well as a mini hand pump. No unpleasant smell of plastic and ball has performed well so far.

The ball deflates within 2 days so keep having to pump it up all the time!

Used for rehabilitation exercises after surgery and perfectly fitted the bill. As others have pointed out, you have to insert the valve fairly quickly but it wasn't really a big problem. Two tries and it was in. Small pump helped with this too. Needed ball that had a bit of give in it for the exercises that I was given to do and this was just the ticket.

I’ve been doing Pilates for a while and have been keen to introduce a ball to my exercises. This seems like a good quality ball, it arrives deflated but it is quick and easy to inflate with the pump provided. It was a little tricky getting the plug back in the ball when I took the pump out as the ball tried to deflate again, you have to be super quick!If you are unsure how to use the ball then there are a few exercises included on the back of the instructions. It would be good if it explained how to do the exercise as it just shows you in pictures. It’s easy enough to get further instructions for exercises online though.Great for improving your balance and helping to tone up.
