⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect Dashcam for My 2024 WagonR...!!
I recently purchased the REDTIGER F7N 4K dash camera for my 2024 WagonR, and it has exceeded all my expectations. Here’s my experience:1. Crystal-Clear Video Quality: The 4K resolution is phenomenal. It captures sharp and detailed footage, even at high speeds. License plates and road signs are crystal clear, both during the day and at night.2. Wide-Angle Lens: The wide-angle lens ensures full coverage of the road ahead, minimizing blind spots. It fits perfectly on the WagonR's windshield without obstructing the view.3. Night Vision Excellence: Driving at night is no issue with this dashcam. The advanced night vision provides great clarity even on poorly lit roads, ensuring I never miss any details.4. GPS & App Integration: The built-in GPS accurately tracks speed and location, while the mobile app makes it super convenient to view and download videos directly to my phone.5. Compact and Easy Installation: Installing it in the WagonR was hassle-free. It blends seamlessly with the interior, keeping the dashboard neat and organized.Overall, this dashcam has been a fantastic addition to my car. It provides peace of mind on the road, knowing I have a reliable eye watching over my journeys. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality dashcam, especially for compact cars like the WagonR.

video Quality and physical product itself are both excellent
Great video and audio quality and the installation guide is very useful. The android app works to view and download media from the dashcam. I am however removing 1 star because of two reasons1) the wifi from the dashcam is always off and you have to go into the setting to turn it on everytime in order to connect your phone to the dashcam.2) On startup the screen always displays front camera feed and the rear cam feed in a small window of the already tiny screen. you have to press the button four times everytime you start the car for it to display only the rear cam feedOther than these 2 inconveniences the only other thing is that the front unit gets warm when in use, but after a whole day of driving on the highway when it was sunny, it still worked flawlessly so that probably isn't a problem.Overall great product 8/10.

Excellent dashcam
Simple plug and play DIY installation: The dashcam came off the box with front and rear cameras, large cables, 32 GB Class10, U3 Micro SD car, wire hooks, two electrostatic stickers, GPS mount, and crowbar tool. Cables are long enough to reach the rear window of any carRecording, Playback & Clarity: The camera offers 170-degree wide view, excellent clarity both in day and night lights. Powerful LED projector headlight of my car reflects from the rear number plates of vehicles in front creating a washout effect during nights. This has greatly reduced after putting CPL filter lens. Readability of number plates during the day is excellent.Videos automatically get locked if the dashcam senses a crash. Recorded video carries a day stamp, time stamp, speed stamp and GPS coordinates. In addition, and most importantly the play back shows the location and route taken on Google maps. There is option to record sound as needed.Memory: The dashcam supports up to 256 GB memory card which is sufficient to record up to 16 hours of loop recording. There are multiple options for data transfer a) download through the app, b) slide the dashcam out of mount and connect to the computer using data cable c) remove the SD card and directly use with the laptop. Please be sure to use a compatible SD card else the transfer rate will be impacted.Connectivity: Dashcam connects to the mobile app using local wi-fi. However, do note that if you use wireless Android Auto or Apple Car Play, you will first have to disconnect the car’s onboard wi-fi to connect the dashcam to mobile app. This is very normal and isn’t much of a hassle since one does not connect to dashcam often, the device runs pretty much independently and does not require any maintenance or intervention unless of course there is a need to extract video which is rare. There is a shortcut to launch the wi-fi control on the dashcam which comes in handy. Note, the camera does get heated up during operation but that is a normal feature and not a cause of concern.Appearance: The dashcam looks well-built, the plastics feel good in the hand. The size and dimension are sleek enough and not create a blind spot.Parking surveillance: There is an option to hardwire the dashcam. You will need to buy a hard wire kit and install the same to the fuse box, I haven’t done that yet since I do not want to compromise the warranty in any way. Although this is a grey area but nevertheless, I did not want the convenience of one order to become a hassle of another order. I might consider hardwiring after completing 5 years with my car.Customer Support: This is the strongest point going in favor of the dashcam. The customer support is excellent in solving queries and providing installation related support. Not just answering queries, they proactively follow up the next day to check if the resolution provided solved the issue to satisfaction. This is a highlight of the camera.Cool gimmicks: The dashcam has a screen saver that shows a live compass and speed, it looks fancy and is a cool party trick inviting attention. Another gimmick is a timer based fatigue alarm.

Overall Review
Redtiger dash cams, particularly the F7N model, are good for their affordability and high-quality features, especially for drivers who want reliable video recording for security or accident evidence. The Redtiger F7N offers 4K resolution for front recording and 1080p for the rear, paired with night vision using WDR technology to balance light and improve visibility in low-light conditions. While the front video quality is strong both day and night, the rear camera quality tends to be slightly weaker in low-light scenarios. This model includes useful features such as built-in Wi-Fi and GPS, which lets users download and share footage easily via the Redtiger app, as well as track routes in real time. The 24-hour parking mode also provides continuous surveillance when the car is stationary, useful for monitoring potential damage or vandalism while parked. Another positive is the loop recording function, which ensures that new footage overwrites the oldest files automatically, allowing for continuous recording without manual intervention.Myself highly satisfied with the product’s affordability and features.
