I love this brand of Magnesium supplements. This is the second bottle I get for me and my son. The benefits the bottle describe, help my son and I as described. As with every vitamin, always consult with your doctor to see if it is good for you. These work well for my son and I. We are pleased with its results.

Exactly what ordered

I’ve been taking Magnesium for over 10 years. There are so many brands to choose from. I follow Dr Robert Love, a neuro scientist and he said this is the brand he uses. Magnesium has so many benefits, but I want only the best brand because it helps the brain. Any help with not getting dementia down the road is a plus.

First I never write reviews on amazon. I was very excited for this product and paid more than I should have. I like to open my capsules and dump them into my protein shake to reduce the amount of capsules I intake per day. I started to notice that when doing this barely anything came out for a very large capsule. I thought it was a fluke so I checked further capsules and all of them have barely anything in them. I have other Magnesium capsules that are only 500mg and they have more weight! These were supposed to be 1000mg.This product looks like a scam! I would love to hear if anyone else has this issue or has a scale to verify.I wont be purchasing this again.
