This RC car is surprisingly good for its price and its type. It gets quite fast and that coupled with its chunky tires enables it to drift quite well indeed! The outer plastic shell is a bit flimsy but the rest of its construction is solid. The suspensions on the wheels are quite malleable and so the RC car can maneuvre quite well even in tricky terrain. Will recoomend this as a nice gift for a teenager or an adult whole is a teen at heart!

I was a bit sceptical at first about the claim that this RC car was able to drift but there was no need, it can, and it does a very good job of it.It comes with two rechargeable batteries, a charging cable, decals to stick onto the body and a hand controller which required two AA batteries that are not supplied.The car is solidly built with a strong chassis, chunky tyres and a removal plastic body shell. It is powerful as well achieving good speeds. The body shell is held on with four pins and has to be removed in order to insert and connect the battery.The hand controller has a wheel for steering and a trigger for forwards and backwards movement. It also has a couple of other controls for adjusting the steering to stop any pulling to one side and to adjust the power output.The car has lights front and back that are not only head and tail lights but also flash like indicators when you turn the steering on the controller. Also, white reverse lights illuminate on the back when you reverse it.What makes this different to most other RC cars is the fact that it can drift and it does a very good job of it. It has does sort of Gyroscope in it that helps with this. You just power the car forward or reverse and turn the wheel and it does donuts and drifts. You do need plenty of space for this though.
