Most spices like cayenne, which I use less frequently, can get stale before I finish them. Between being an organic product, it's available in a small quantity so it's fresh when I need it. Simply Organic simply cares enough to do spices right.

I can’t be sure this is true but the mailing address is to an apartment, and the package hasn’t been opened but definitely doesn’t seem like the real deal, more like a repackaged item in a plastic container? Idk the label wasn’t on all the way and the container is just a little odd to me. Kinda feel weird using it
