Easy and tasty!
I love corn muffins and I'm very fussy about them. I've never found a recipe, brand or a mix I really like. I just ended up settling for good enough. Then I figured I'd give this brand a try because I need to be able to make quick, easy meals for myself. I really like these! One thing I hate about most corn muffins is that they are too sweet. I don't like corn muffins that taste like cake! Kodiak is not sweet at all. (You might even want to add a pinch of sugar.) They have a nice rich corn meal taste. I like the texture, they are dense but moist. The only thing missing is the brown top you get from oven baking, but they are so satisfying I don't mind. One is quite filling. Directions tell you to fill to the line with water OR add one quarter cup of water. I tried both ways and you get a more accurate measure with the quarter cup, and a better muffin. I think they are quite expensive-about $22 for a dozen, but the ease is worth it for me. I also like the one cup portion so I’m not tempted to eat too many if I make a dozen, like I used to. I'm definitely buying these again.

Not bad, but a little bland
A little bland, not as good as other corn bread, but it's ok. These cups are convenient and filling, so I will still eat them

Delicious and easy
Love these! Quick and easy and delicious. Stir in 1/4 cup water or milk and put in the microwave for 1 min. That’s it! Easy for kids to do themselves too. And love the extra protein. The cornbread and cinnamon roll flavors are my favorite. The blueberry is a bit too sweet for my taste. I like the chocolate flavors, but have found that recently they don’t rise as well as other flavors.

Not as good as pancakes
It's fine but I honestly don't see a big difference. You have to add butter after it is done in the microwave otherwise you will be choking it down. The pancakes are amazing and taste good because it has some sweetness in it. These really need to be jazzed up.

A pinch of sugar helps
Big Kodiak cup fans and these are great when we do BBQ or something. They do need a pinch of sugar, in our opinion. Not much, just a pinch. :)

Needs Flavor
Good idea but needs LOTS of work. Wouldn't re-order. Probably better suited to Woodsmen or something. Not to be mean but there is no flavor and you really, really have to adjust your microwave or you will end up with a disgusting product. Mine is 1000 watts but now everything is based on 1100 watts. Still couldn't make it work. Regret that I bought a whole case. Just yuck.

Easy and warm cornbread for one in 75 seconds.
A whole pan of cornbread is too much for me so having single serve cups is awesome! It Has a good taste and is very simple to prepare as you just add a little water and in 75 seconds you have warm corn bread which I topped with chili beans as I’m a vegetarian it’s also yummy spread with butter I found it to be somewhat pricey but for the convenience and no waste I’ll continue buying it

Quick, Convenient, Basic
I like the Kodiak Pancakes in a Cup, so I figured why not try the cornbread.Honestly, the cornbread tastes pretty basic but it's definitely what I expected from something that's described as "cornbread in a cup." These are quick for on-the-go and to throw in your bag for work. They're easy to make - add water and microwave. I like to spruce it up with some butter and honey.Overall, these are pretty good, but I definitely prefer homemade x 100 (can't beat homemade cornbread). The packaging and convenience factors make this way better and are definitely top selling points - the fact that you can get quick, easily made, convenient cornbread as long as you have a microwave.
