When I got through my first bottle which was the bottle before this order, I found that things have improved in my health. At my endocrinologist appointment, the testing showed that things were better with my A1C numbers and my liver health had improved. They asked what I had been doing and I said I was trying to eat less carbs, and I had been taking these supplements every morning along with my prescribed medication that I've been on for years. I'm sold. I will be continuing to include this supplement in my daily regimen of morning pills and supplements. Who knows, perhaps I will be able to discontinue some of the prescriptions one day in the future. Hopefully more to come...

Easy to swallow. I'm taking these to lower my cholesterol. Taking them for 8 months and the last blood work I had done it was lower. Not too pricey. Going to stay on them for at least a year.

Just what I ordered

I liked most of what this supplement contains. Apple Cider Vinegar is good for you and this also contains turmeric and black pepper. Black pepper aides in the body's absorption of turmeric (some say by 2000%).There were a couple things I didn't like about this supplement:1. While is has Apple Cider Vinegar, the best ACV has "the mother". This one does not (if it does, itdoesn't list it in the ingredients).2. Also, this gives you 50 mg of zinc which is more than 300% of the recommended daily allowance.Most nutritionists say that a "safe" amount of zinc is no more than 40 mg per day. So if you're alsotaking a daily vitamin that contains zinc, you may be getting too much. Too much zinc can decreasethe absorption of copper. And if you're approaching 200 mg of zinc, it may be toxic. Just monitorhow much zinc you intake. A serving of this is 2 capsules. I would only take one capsule per day.That would keep your zinc level to 25 mg (plus whatever you take outside this). That is a muchsafer dose.

I typically take most of the listed ingredients separately, so having cinnamon, apple cider vinegar, ginger root, and turmeric combined in a two capsule dose is fantastic.
