Very compact and easy to use

Broke on second use. Customer service never answers!
I bought this for my kids Christmas of 2023 (so over a year ago). We didn't have the opportunity to use it until summer because, you know, nobody wants to watch outdoor movies in 15 degrees. Anyway, the projector worked ONCE. The second time I went to use it it made some loud sounds (sounded like overheating) and then shut off. I contacted customer service several times and never once got a response. Now I'm sure I'm out of the manufacturer warranty window so good for them! If you ignore your customers long enough, they can no longer use the manufacturer warranty.I am so frustrated by this. Especially when my kids were SO excited for a movie night outside and I had to let them know this piece of junk wouldn't work.But hey, the speaker still works so I can use that with exactly nothing.
