Bought a refurbished system. Looked brand new. Set up was easy, sound is awesome. We use it for TV, playing music from our phones, singing karaoke. 100% happy with it!

This was easy to set up and sounds great. Vocals are very clear. This connects to my Samsung TV easily. The price was great for the sound I get. This is a very solid construction. The size is proportional to my 65in TV.

Easy to set up. Easy to use app. And, sound is fantastic. I really like that my cheap Amazon Fire remote controls the volume so I still only use one remote.B stock looked brand new and functions as brand new!I like it!

SAVES SPACE AND THE SOUND IS ABSOLUTELY GREAT

Worked excellent for 2 weeks, great sound, unfortunately, only worked for two weeks.A common problem I have found with this and Samsung soundbars is that they will get stuck in TV eARC and will not be able to be hard reset and will become an endless loop. After 3 hours with tech support, they sent me to a website for a service request, when you request service for the soundbar, it just loops you through support and FAQs, because? They do not repair soundbars...Probably the last Samsung I purchase for a while.

Ordered the Samsung Q990D Q-Series (11.1.4 ch.) a few weeks ago (in late Nov.) after doing considerable research online. This is the 2024 model with the new Q990D so it is supposed to be Samsung's latest and greatest flagship model for soundbars. I don't typically write many reviews on products so whenever I do it has to be something special or I have to be really motivated.Anyway, upon receiving and opening the unit, the first thing I noticed was how heavy and bulky it was - particularly the soundbar itself. I had read this in some of the online reviews but seeing and lifting it physically really confirmed it. However, all of the individual components - the soundbar itself, the subwoofer and the two satellite surround speakers - appeared to be of good quality material and solidly constructed.Setting it up was fairly easy and intuitive (from the instructions) but getting the subwoofer and satellite surround speakers to sync up properly wirelessly with the soundbar was a bit of a challenge and took several attempts. Furthermore, each of the supporting speakers had to be synced individually with the main soundbar and the instructions weren't particularly clear or helpful on that part. However, once I actually got all of the supporting speakers to sync properly and the blue lights on the back to stop flashing and show solidly blue, they have remained that way since. Also, Dolby Atmos - a key feature of the Q990D soundbar - appears to show its full prowess when connected via the HDMI eARC port.Now, in terms of overall sound quality I must admit that I've been fairly impressed - especially with the soundbar component. I already have a Samsung smart tv so the soundbar is an ideal complement to it and able to take advantage of the enhanced features. The tone, balance, clarity and real world acoustics of the soundbar is excellent and I am not disappointed. The soundbar has 4 sound modes, including standard, surround sound and adaptive, but so far most of my usage has been either in adaptive or surround sound as those modes seem to provide the best overall sound quality and experience for the room it is in.The subwoofer unit provides solid, tight low bass lines, and although it may not be as loud/strong or "thumpy" as other models (such as the JBLs) the quality is decent. Out of all of the 4 individual unit components, I would say the subwoofer is the least impressive and would rate it as just average (or slightly above average) by itself. But with the main soundbar and satellite surround sound speakers to help buoy it, the subwoofer definitely assists in producing the wide, immersive and pleasing cacophony of sounds of the Q990D.The one thing that has surprised me the most about the Q990D is how good music sounds on it compared to normal tv, movies or games. Ironically, the quality and clarity of music on the being played through the soundbar far surpasses what I had expected or what the online reviews had read, and I find myself listening to and enjoying music a LOT more on it than I had EVER done with previous soundbars I've owned. On this aspect, the Q990D gets and A++Conclusion: This is a very high quality soundbar with excellent features, balance, tonality, clarity, and overall immersiveness and could (or should) easily rival other top end systems such as the flagship soundbars for Sonos or Bose. However, keep in mind that it is quite expensive (even if you get it at a discount) and pretty bulky so if space or money is an issue, the Q990D may not be the (ideal) unit for you.

The surround sound is immersive, making me feel as if I'm in a movie theater; I adore it. 😍👍 I love it , you are in the market looking for a soundbar samsung q990d 2024 is the best for you, you could not regret it. 💯✅🥳
