Exactly as advertised

I have serious issues with altitude, and, in general, find it nearly impossible to lower my heart rate after explosive activities. This solves both of those issues. Having said that, I contacted the manufacturer to ask about frequency and duration of consumption and was told “sharapova took it every day”-I don’t know if it’s like creatine where it builds up in your system (since they do advise, in the package insert, taking it in for days in advance if a competition or event), but I find that, eventually, and regardless of time of day of ingestion, it will have me up all night, wired as if it’s morning after coffee. As an interesting and unexpected positive effect, I have noticed a significant boost in my mood and overall sense of well-being when taking it. I’ve not read that in the literature or comments of others but it is noticeable to me.
