was what was advertised. I am a school teacher and I bought these out of my own funds, so it was a little costly but a good product and worth the money.

These were perfect for a painting party using acrylic paint.

I bought this by accident, when I was "asleep" (no lie, Alexa, bad girl) but I'm pretty happy about it. I donated some to my grandkids, my daughter, my daughter in law, stocked my acrylic paint box, my watercolor and gouache paint boxes, my oil paint boxes, and put a bunch with my craft paint sets. Then I went back to my grandkids, my daughter, and daughter in law to donate more and finally put the remaining handfuls in the "random" art drawers. They are just fine. Many small brushes, several medium size. If you are hard on brushes and need some utilitarian brushes to supplement the more expensive ones, these are for you. I don't feel bad if I destroy one and have to toss it but they are very easy care. Next box will be on purpose.

These are great brushes for the price. But it depends on the type of paint you’re using. The bristles are short and not very flexible. They’re soft and silky bristles and the paint glides nicely, but still they don’t bend much. It all depends on what you prefer. Some people need flexible bristles and some don’t. For me they were not flexible enough.

These have become my favorite for my paint parties! Point stays good w beginner painters! Love them!

great brushes all different sizes

Great quality and price. Loved them! I will buy these again when needed; I just wish a wider/larger brush was also available in the kit.

These are perfect for my painting class. I love them! They are pliable, yet firm enough for good brush strokes and hold their shape well. I've only used them with acrylic paint, but I think they would work good with oil too.
