I was looking for a similar product that would be easy to use even for me, who has no experience. I found this and I have to say it is a great product. Easy to use. It came in a neat box with everything you need to get started right away. The device offers 8 training modes and 19 intensities to train every day.I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for an effective and convenient way to improve their fitness.The belt could be a little longer.

This was purchased for myself. I actually works better than expected. It's easy to use with various intensity levels and an addition to my existing home gym workout. Overall it is a very convenient abs trainer being portable and nice and compact and can also add intensity to work outs.

It doesn't last. It wears off not long after a few uses. Absolute waste of money.

The media could not be loaded. I recently purchased this EMS Abs Stimulator, and so far, I’m really impressed! The device is easy to use, with multiple modes and intensity levels that let you customize your workout. It fits comfortably around my waist, and I can feel the stimulation working on my muscles.The build quality seems solid, and the gel pads stick well without any irritation. It’s a great way to add some extra muscle activation, especially on busy days when I can’t hit the gym. I’ll be using it consistently and will update my review once I see the results!

Item arrived very quickly. Packaging was good. It does work! My wife has been happily sitting in front of the TV wearing it daily, and the results are visible after a month. Thus machine will toughen up your muscles helping you do more natural ab training and also tone muscle!

I enjoy using this and have found it easy to incorporate into my existing exercise plan. I was very impressed how many levels there are and how comfortable it is. Great size so easy to take with me on my frequent works trips. Excellent quality for a great price!

I feel it makes some difference and is quite good for its low price.I was sceptical because it was so cheap,but I feel it gives my abs a good work out.I am very fit and work my abs regularly using an app, but I needed to cheat a little bit to achieve more ferfect looking abs.Being advanced I started using the upper levels as soon as I started using it. I can see better definition after about 4 weeks of use, but I had fairly decent abs/six pack to begin with.I do think I would have more amazing results if I went for a more expensive option. But I am very happy with the results overall.Use daily at the higher advanced workout levels to see good results in about 4 or 5 weeks. I do other sports too which will likely have enhanced the results.
